Milan fashion week...

Oh My God....I have to say that I loved MFW...... Here are some of my favourite bits....

My favourite creative ready to wear designer for next season: Francesco Scognamiglio
Its ready to wear... its fabulous and a bit WOW... This is the designer who dressed GAGA and Rhianna..

The outfits are ready to wear a look amazing... the fur... the pleats....the frills...I LOVE IT!! I have to say i love the boots but not sure I will be wearing them out!

To check out the entire catwalk collection click here...... http://www.vogue.co.uk/fashion/show.aspx/catwalk-report/id,10523#/imageno/11

*******
Most surprising catwalk: Brioni.... All my dads suits are Brioni.... and he always says they are the best of the best.... So when I had a sneak peek at their catwalk i was stunned to see how lovely their new season bits are! Colours, new lengths, pleats, silks, furs.... just pure luxury..

The new lengths colours and material...I love... slightly out of my budget but a girl can dream.. hopefully find the Zara alternative!

Favourite Fun prints: D&G......its all about stars...stars and more stars....sequins and fur . The materials are flowing, great colours all patterned!! They have got it going on!!!I am going to invest in a few pieces!!

I am in love.....

Most beautiful to watch: Gucci!- Gucci stunned me, it oozes luxury and looks amazing. The rich colours, the way the gowns flows.... I never knew i could fall in love with a catwalk...its do DRAMATIC and Chic...the swinging 70's!!

Honestly i love Milan Fashion week....next year hope my invitation get delivered!!!

Will keep you updated with whats happening in the high street this week!
I feel inspired!

LFW- Hair trends

LFW showed bright colours, crazy hair pieces and fabulous accessories......

Hair differentiated between the sleek, slicked back look to the romantic plaits, pony tails, messy curls and Up do's.

The fishtail braid- I have tried this myself and it pretty hard but once you get the knack it's really easy... I wear mine messy. Remember to do this its four strands....

Erdem have created a fishtail topknot for AW2011....

Ponytails are a MUST for this season...HAIR UP GIRLS

Girls what way will you be wearing you hair this season? I like an up do.....and then like my big wavy hair...

I have a fringe right now that I can't handle  it when my hair curls.... will be uploading some secret hair tips of how to great the best curls.....

Power dressing

Women who dress like men....its sleek...sophisticated and its POWERFUL!!

There is a knack to dressing like this... hair up, shirt, soft make up and a tailored look.....

I still have a power trip every once and a while where i want to dress like '  I GOT THE POWER'...i prefer skiing black jeans.....plain black or white t shirt with a statement necklace and a zara blazer...

I still love the structured blazers and im adding extra shoulder pads into mine......its all about the silhoutte to create the illusion of making me look like i have a tiny waist and still always looking FABULOUS....

The best way to pull this off for next season its to go for the minimalism trend.... keep it simple; maybe go for a beige or camel coloured blazer and if your feeling really powerful got for a statement piece with a bright colour..

Currently on the market there are:
Stella McCarteys tuxedo jacket...

A McQueen has a simple but stylish sleeveless blazer..

If you are really really confident and want a bit of colour check out zaras new collection...

I have quite a few suit jackets that need a revamp.... im off to the haberdashy store.... to add new buttons and maybe a few studs!! Will upload a lovely picture when its done!
